 INTRODUCTION:
Welcome to My Adopts Studio! Please read this whole journal! Failure to comply may result in repossession of the adopt.  
These rules are for both Creature and Human adopts!
-Creature = Anthro and Standard Animal type (Dog,Cat, Wolf, etc.)
I reserve the right to update/change these terms at any moment with/without notifying the customer.

Payment Methods include DA and Cash (USD)

Payment is due usually within 24 Hours unless otherwise stated.
- Failure to pay will have you Publicly Blacklisted and Banned from my adopts...
(don't neglect to pay... I hate BL/Banning people..)

Please do not leave comments like "I love this!, but I'm broke..." It may be harmless, but to me it looks like you expect me to gift you the adopt. While I do love giving away free art, I do it on my own time. Please watch me if you are interested in Free/Cheap adoptables.
Comments like these will be hidden. Any other Positive Comments are welcome.  

Art Trades will NOT be accepted as payment, Unless otherwise stated in the description of the adopt(s). Please do not tell me you "have no points, but you'd like to trade". I will decline and your comment will be hidden.  
-IF art is being accepted, please be sure to make sure your half is as best as you can make it. No 5 min pieces! I reserve the right to refuse trades if the other artist's work is not to my liking and worth the design asked for. 
-Ample time will be given for any Art Trade in effect. Details will be worked out via Note.

 USAGE:

Do not use the adopt for inappropriate themes!  
-IE: Pornographic Images, Excessive Violence, or Hate/Kill Art.

Re-uploading the Original, Raw Design is prohibited outside of ToyHouse!!.
-HOWEVER, an artist may PLACE A BACKGROUND and/or A BORDER upon the original and upload to his/her gallery on DA WITH PROPER CREDIT TO ME AND THE BASE ARTIST!! Not doing this means you are stealing and will be reported to the proper authorities. Your account may be shut down. 
-You MAY NOT RE-UPLOAD to any other site without redrawing the OC! (Share Buttons are fine. See the above sentence first.)
-Constant Breaking of this term will result in revoking of the privilege. 

Do not Heavily Alter the original design!
-Changing Hairstyle/Gender/Species (where permitted) is fine. 
-Colors may NOT be changed. Colors MAY be Added, upon reason.
-Do not remove any Preset Markings.

You MAY Gift the adopt as long as I am informed of the new owner upon payment.
-New Owner must be tagged in your request for the adopt
(use command: "@ DeviantName" without quotes or the space)
-The adopt must be PAYED IN FULL to be gifted.

Credit Me the first time you Re-Draw your adopt.
-You DO NOT have to credit me after the first time
-A link back to Batch Adopts is preferred, but not required (So other's can buy if they want to.)

 REFUNDS:

If for some reason you wish to give the adopt back, you may within 30 days. After that I am not obligated to refund you as you have exceeded my "sit" period and may now resell to anyone.  
-I will only refund half the points paid, upon request.
-Excessive Refundees will no longer be allowed to purchase my adopts.
-DO NOT make Returns a habit!


-Please do not sell or trade an adopt for atleast 30 days after purchase. Sona flippers will be banned.
-DO NOT RESELL your adopt for more than you paid unless you have more art of them!
-Returning it to me for a "buy back" OR Gifting it is fine.
-IF Gifted, Please notify me of the New Owner ASAP

 FAQ:

How Do I Adopt?  
-Simply Comment on the adopt's deviation and ask for the design by Name, Letter, or Number. Wait for my Reply before sending payment.

Where Do I Pay?
-Send Payment via my Donation Pool. You may choose to stay Anon.

Do I Get A Copy Of The Design?
-Yes. Buyers receive un-watermarked versions of their adopts with or without a palette. These are sent via Note.

Do you do Holds/Reservations? 
-Yes, on occasion. Please be sure to read the adopt description to be sure that Holds/Reserves are available.
-Please do not ask me to hold an adopt that has no "hold indicator" on it.

This: is the "Hold Available" Indicator. If It is not listed in the Quick Key, there will be no holds.
-Holds tend to last 24-72 Hours depending on the adopt. If you need longer, ask me via Note.
-Reservations are for Select VIPs. This: is the "Reserved" Indicator
-VIPs include Artists I buy from frequently, Friends, and Special Occasions (B-days, Contests, etc.)

Can I Purchase More Than 1 Design?
-Yes, unless otherwise stated.

How Do You Make These?!  
-Practice
